Out-of-Season Longer Lets

Are you looking for somewhere to stay for a few weeks or months at short notice on the Isle of Wight during winter?  Are you between house moves or visiting relatives or working away from home?

During the low season (October til the start of the Easter school holidays), we are able to offer affordable out-of-season longer winter lets of from 28 days to up to five months making us ideal accommodation as a place to stay if for example you are working temporarily on the Isle of Wight over winter, are moving house or doing major rennovations to your home or perhaps are visiting relatives for an extended stay.  Shorter stays including Christmas and New Year are available but attract a holiday winter let rate rather than our significantly discounted longer let rate.

We have three full self catering apartments and also a stand-alone double room with its own ensuite bathroom.  

Being self-catering holiday apartments they are fully furnished, each with a fully equipped kitchen and there are none of the normal domestic bills to pay with heating, lighting, water and WiFi included, and your stay even starts with all laundry and complimentary items we normally put in for holidaymakers.  Laundry refreshes are available on request to save you having to wash and dry large items in the domestic washer/dryer in the apartment.  For leisure time, all the main TVs are smart TVs supporting all the popular streaming services and there is even a Gym and Sauna on site, including retro arcade machine and DVD library.  Broadband speeds of over 100Mbps are available and with 14 WiFi access points across the property mean you should be able to get excellent connectivity wherever you are.  There is ample free parking and EV charging is available.

With prices from as little as £349 per week for one of our full self catering apartments or £175 for our stand-alone ensuite double room, but when you remember that each of our apartments can easily accommodate a couple, family of four or two or three work colleagues with all the utility bills including WiFi  included (and no Council Tax to pay) it still makes it a very flexible and affordable option, and deposit terms also tend to be less onerous than with private landlords and longer term tenancies.

Please note that the property is completely no smoking, including outside and including vapes/e-cigarettes.  We do not accept bookings from smokers even with the promise you will not smoke as this trust has been abused in the past.

Sorry but we do not accept pets, not even very small, non-shedding, well behaved ones that never chew anything nor get up on furniture.  

Important note:  An out-of-season longer let cannot be your primary residence so this is not suitable as a stop gap for those seeking long term rental accommodation.

Out-of-season longer lets are subject to our full Terms and Conditions. Minimum stay of 4 weeks to qualify as a "longer let"; maximum stay length limited to 155 days and within the out-of-season period; deposit and end of let cleaning fees apply, as well as supplements for optional services.  See especially Schedule B of the Terms and Conditions for full details.
