The Sauna
We have an Infrared Sauna with Chromotherapy light
Accessed from within the Gym we have an infrared sauna complete with chromotherapy system, enabling up to two people to sauna at a time.
Infrared saunas use far-infrared energy and are far less humid that traditional steam saunas and many people find them more comfortable as they also operate effectively at a lower temperature, typicallya round 50 degrees Centigrade.
Bluetooth connectivity enables you to connect your phone so you can play your own calming music while you sauna.
The Sauna has a glass side door and full glass front and just outside the sauna is a bench seat enabling you to talk through the glass to someone who doesn't want to be in the heat or have the children near you but not in the heat.
The Sauna room also includes a wash basin and loo, and is accessible from the Gym for the topping up of water bottles.
The Sauna is only available to guests of Chale Bay Farm and not the general public.
