Here are some more detailed descriptions of our guest rooms and their facilities:

Standard Double

King-size double room with seating, ensuite bathroom including full size bath with powerful shower, heated towel rail; complimentary beverage making facilities, biscuits and mineral water; HD satellite/internet connected TV; DAB/FM radio/alarm clock with iPod/iPhone dock/MP3 connection; room safe, mini bar; free guest WiFi.  Views towards St Catherine Down.  Sleeps 2 (plus can accommodate cot).

Standard Twin

Twin room with seating, ensuite bathroom including full size bath with powerful shower, heated towel rail; complimentary beverage making facilities, biscuits and mineral water; HD satellite/internet connected TV; DAB/FM radio/alarm clock with iPod/iPhone dock/MP3 connection; room safe, mini bar; free guest WiFi. Views towards St Catherine Down.  Sleeps 2 (plus can accommodate cot).

Standard Suite

Super-King-size double room with sofa on the ground floor with ensuite bathroom including full size bath with powerful shower, heated towel rail; complimentary beverage making facilities, biscuits and mineral water; HD satellite/internet connected TV; DAB/FM radio/alarm clock with iPod/iPhone dock/MP3 connection; Twin room on the first floor, accessed via stairs within the suite, with its own HD digital TV/DVD and FM radio/alarm clock with iPod dock/MP3 connection; room safe, mini bar; free guest WiFi.  Views towards St Catherine Down and the sea.  Normally sleeps 4 plus can accommodate a third bed suitable for a child (plus can accommodate up to two cots).

Superior Double

Super-King-size double room with private patio, seating, ensuite bathroom including full size bath with powerful shower, heated towel rail; complimentary beverage making facilities, biscuits and mineral water; HD satellite/internet connected TV; DAB/FM radio/alarm clock with iPod/iPhone dock/MP3 connection; room safe, mini bar; free guest WiFi;  sea views, some looking towards the Needles.  Sleeps 2 (plus can accommodate cot).

Superior Twin

Twin room with private patio, seating, ensuite bathroom including full size bath with powerful shower, heated towel rail; complimentary beverage making facilities, biscuits and mineral water; HD satellite/internet connected TV; DAB/FM radio/alarm clock with iPod/iPhone dock/MP3 connection; room safe, mini bar; free guest WiFi; panoramic coastal and countryside views towards the Needles.  Sleeps 2 (plus can accommodate cot).

Superior Suite

Super-King-size double room with patio, seating on the ground floor with ensuite bathroom including full size bath with powerful shower, heated towel rail; complimentary beverage making facilities, biscuits and mineral water; HD satellite/internet connected TV; DAB/FM radio/alarm clock with iPod/iPhone dock/MP3 connection; room safe, mini bar; free guest WiFi; Twin room on the first floor, accessed via stairs within the suite, with its own HD digital TV/DVD and FM radio/alarm clock with iPod dock/MP3 connection; additional sofa-bed;  sea views including panoramic coastal and countryside views towards the Needles from the first floor and patio.  Normally sleeps 4 plus can accommodate a further two adults or children with the sofa-bed in use (plus can accommodate up to two cots).
