The Isle of Wight is full of activities so that your stay can be as active as you like

Here are just some of the activities we can help you arrange:

Cookery courses
Golf - we recommend the spectacular Freshwater Bay links course
Horse Riding
Clay Pigeon shooting
Kayaking
Kite Surfing
Dinosaur fossil hunting
Red squirrel spotting
Llama trekking
Pleasure flights (light aircraft and gliders)

Paintballing
Paragliding - lessons for beginners or the more experienced

Windsurfing

Several of the key attractions are very close to Chale Bay Farm – Blackgang Chine, Britain’s first theme park was opened in 1843 and is less than a 5 minute drive/20-minute walk away.  Paragliding, dinosaur fossil hunting, surfing and cycling are also on our doorstep.

Using Chale Bay as your base you can take off for beautiful, long coastal path walks heading toward Freshwater Bay and the Needles, or enjoy touring the island by bike, car or bus.
