Accommodation

Our bedrooms are set around a courtyard with illuminated water garden with uninterrupted views of the sea and local beauty spots.

Each of the bedrooms has its own front door and en-suite bathroom.  The rooms are large, most with a super-king-size bed that can be made into twin single beds on request. We have a high standard of facilities in each room including HD Satellite television, tea and coffee making facilities, seating areas, and services including complimentary WiFi.  Some rooms have patio doors and individual outside patios areas with tables and chairs to enjoy the views.  All bathrooms have been designed and equipped to a high standard with hairdryers, soft white towels and complimentary Gilchrist & Soames toiletries.

In addition, we have two family suites, which are built on two levels.  These suites have super-king-size beds on the ground floor and two single beds on the first floor.  One of these suites looks out towards the Needles and the white cliffs of Freshwater Bay and boasts spectacular sea views and sunsets, whilst the other suite captures the natural beauty of St. Catherine's Down.

Newly Refurbished

Having taken over Chale Bay Farm in July 2011 we have carried out most of the major refurbishments and are continuing with other enhancements:

• New carpets and redecoration throughout
• New stylish bedding throughout with duvets as standard (sheets and blankets available on request)
• New leather bed heads
• New artworks in the restaurant and guest rooms
• New DAB/FM Clock Radio with iPod/iPhone Dock/MP3 Player from Sony
• Large HD Satellite Smart TV from Samsung (Internet connected) with dozens of channels
• Family suites have second flat screen combined TV/DVD plus an FM Clock Radio/iPod dock for the kids.
• New Hairdryers
• Free Guest WiFi & Internet access throughout
• Business services including fax, copying and printing

Disabled Access

All of our rooms are on the ground floor (other than the upstairs part of the family suites).  We have widened doors on the Restaurant and one of our bedrooms to facilitate disabled (wheelchair) access and this bedroom also has a larger bathroom.  Some disability aids are available upon request which include facilities to assist in the bathroom/toilet and a wheelchair.  Our full Accessibility statement is here.

Children

We welcome well-behaved and appropriately supervised children of all ages!

Travel cots and and ironing boards are available for any of the rooms upon request.

Pets

We regret that we cannot accept pets.  Guide or hearing dogs are welcome.
